Terrace Connect

Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2026

1. The agreement

Terrace Connect (the “Service”) is a real-estate transaction-coordination platform operated by Avenue Transactions (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're acting for a business, that business. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date above changes, and we'll note meaningful changes in the in-app update log or by email. Changes take effect seven days after posting (immediately for new features or where the law requires), and continued use after that means acceptance.

2. The Service

The Service helps transaction-coordination businesses manage real-estate files: checklists, deadlines, documents, contacts, email, forms, training, and accounting. Features may be added, changed, or retired as the platform evolves. We may set reasonable limits on storage and usage, and may suspend parts of the Service briefly for maintenance.

3. Accounts & eligibility

4. Fees & billing

5. Your data

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content or suspend access that violates this section, and may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.

7. Our property

8. Third-party services

Optional connections (Google, Stripe) are under your control and governed by those providers' own terms and policies; you can disconnect them any time. We don't control third-party services and aren't responsible for them.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

We work to keep the Service fast and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service is a workflow tool — it does not provide legal, brokerage, tax, or financial advice, and you remain responsible for your own business's compliance, deadlines, and obligations. Template packages are provided as a starting point and don't replace your own review of your state's current requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost deals, or lost data) arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for all claims combined is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose.

11. Indemnification

You'll defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by others that arise from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

13. Disputes, governing law & venue

If something's wrong, tell us first at Support@AveTransactions.com — most issues get resolved with an email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, or the federal courts for the District of Colorado, and both sides consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
